 Job Title: Voice Engineer

Location: Tokyo

 

Responsibility:

Get correct requirement from customer and deliver the exact information to the downstream team via System as well as e-mail to deliver our service without any issues. Update correct information to internal system which is directly connecting to billing system in timely manner.  Need to up-date and validate at least among the variety of services (around 20) , complete your task within defined date. Follow guideline and proactively communicate with customer.

 

  a. Voice Order Handling

Apart from network service, you will issue Voice (Switched) order internally based on service order.  You will log-in to Colt internal systems as well as external 3rd carrier system and request the respective team to provision the order to deliver till due date. Addition, communicate with NTT-E/NTT-W, 3rd carrier to deliver the service with the same level of knowledge. This function is a key to deliver Voice Option service, 40 ave. orders/month needs to be handled.  

 

What you will need to succeed:

  • More than 5 years experienced in Telecommunication Company.
  • More than 5 years experienced in telecommunication delivery related, especially for voice service.(Up-to L2)
  • Have experienced of selling or delivering Voice service. (Must)
  • Well customer communication skills.
  • Have experienced of delivery system handling.
  • Well knowledge of Microsoft Excel, office 365 and Power Point.
  • Have English skill is preferable.(Colt internal System is mainly English)

  • See through customers` eyes (Customer-oriented mind-set)
  • Proactive, independent and with “can-do” attitude.
  • Solution driven; able to react quickly and resolve issues so that the workflow can continue
