Role Title

Account Executive (Enterprise Sales)

The Role


* Corporate/Enterprise direct sale based on the corporate business plan.
* Will take on sales activities from identifying opportunities, proposing, negotiating and receiving orders to delivery for domestic and global deals.

Key Accountabilities


* Solution Sales: Plan and propose technology solutions in cooperation with solution architects to customers (1.Manufacturing industry 2.Gaming, Broadcasting, eCommerce, Retail, developer , insurance and professional service providers, 3.Healthcare, medical and pharmaceutical industry etc..) to help address customers’ business issues.
* Proposes and sells IT services including WAN, MAN, data center, managed services, ISP and professional services.
* Jointly with Colt solution partners (example: IT vendors) and overseas offices, creates and promotes solutions customized to meet customers’ requirements.
* Builds and maintains C-level relationships with customers.
* Creates, updates and reports account plans and strategic territory reviews.
* Updates and reports on sales forecast and pipeline based on the Colt sales process.
* Works jointly with other sales AEs and colleagues and provides coaching as required to junior staff.
* Positions Colt as the Asia’s information delivery platform.

* Product training will be provided for two weeks after joining the company.

* コンサルティング営業:顧客(①製造業②流通・ゲーム関連・デベロッパー・放送業界 ・保険・プロフェッショナルサービス、ヘルスケア・医療および医薬品業界など)のビジネス上の課題解決に向け、ソリューションアーキテクトと協力しテクノロジー・ソリューションを策定する
* WAN、MAN、データセンター、マネージドサービス、ISP、プロフェッショナルサービス等のITサービスを提案、国際案件含め販売する
* 当社ソリューション・パートナー(例、ITベンダー)や海外支店と協力して個々の顧客要件に合ったカスタマイズ・ソリューションを作成、推進する
* 顧客のCレベル経営陣との関係構築する
* アカウント・プランや戦略的テリトリ・レビューの策定、更新、報告をする
* 売上予想やパイプラインをColt Asiaの営業プロセスに基づいて更新、報告する
* 必要に応じて若手社員や他の営業担当者と一緒に活動をしたり、コーチング等をおこなう
* Colt をアジアでの情報デリバリ・プラットフォームとして位置づける

※入社後2週間、プロダクトトレーニングを受けていただきます。

What you will need to succeed

 

* Minimum 3 - 5 years of sales experience in ICT industry.
* Sales experience of IT services, software / applications, or hardware to corporate customers.
* Highly valued:
* Experience, skills and knowledge about enterprise sales of network, clouds, data center, IT services and managed service solutions.
* Sales Experience in carriers.
* Sales experience in above described industries is preferable.
* Business level English language skill is preferable.

* ネットワークに関する基本知識

* 新しい環境への順応性

* ネットワークキャリア、クラウド、データセンター、ITサービスやマネジドサービス、ITソリューションの法人営業経験
* ビジネスレベルの英語力
