This role will be responsible for identifying and winning new logos in the Enterprise space.  To be successful in this role you will need to be goal oriented, structured and capable of leading a virtual team to a shared outcome.  You will manage your own sales plan and take the initiative while having the ability to focus on strategic opportunities and solutions.


We are looking for someone with focus, persistence, competitiveness, determination to win and possessing leadership qualities.


Key accountabilities:

  • Winning new business across all product lines (Data and Voice) for Colt.
  • Deliver a compelling Colt value proposition to target customers up to C-suite level.
  • Develop a sales plan based on booking targets, allocated named accounts (prospects).
  • Work within a team of Sales Engineers and Bid Managers to define a compelling win-strategy for each opportunity.
  • Achieve/overachieve personal booking targets.
  • Deliver proper reporting (pipeline, forecast, win-loss ratio) in order to manage achievement of booking targets.
  • Identify the right prospect's stakeholder and builds connection quickly to drive consensus and success on deals.
  • Work cooperatively with a wide range of internal stakeholders for deal success.


Skills & Experience:

  • 5 - 10 years Enterprise sales experience, preferably working in the Telecommunications or related industries.
  • Proven track record in winning Enterprise new business.
  • Negotiation and rapport building.
  • Professional Pipeline and Forecast-management.
  • Proven and consistent track record on hunting new accounts (new logos).
  • Ability to present and influence at all levels.
