Job Title: Head of HR Business Partnering , CCO

Role Purpose:

  • Operate as a strategic business partner to the Chief Commerical Office (CCO) through partnering with an EVP and the senior leadership team of VP’s, Directors and Managers, across the global Chief Commercial Office.
  • Develop, implement and lead a HR agenda that supports and enables the commercial goals of the organisation.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of HR Business Partners to act as commercial trusted advisors, employee champions, and change agents in the development and implementation of HR solutions and change programmes.


 Key Accountabilities:

  • Define, influence and execute the CCO People Strategy ensuring business goals can be achieved through robust, commercial and effective people plans.
  • Partner with EVP CCO, acting as both a strategic HR partner by providing commercial insights alongside coaching, support and advise on people issues globally.
  • Be a trusted commercial advisor - develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across the globe.
  • Act as a coach, challenger and influencer to business leaders.
  • Translate HR strategy into practical and effective HR solutions that meet the requirements of the business.
  • Lead on the development and implementation of change management initiatives.
  • Identify and oversee reorganisation projects (restructuring, outsourcing, etc.).
  • Co-own the VPs P&L/ financials across CCO.
  • Provide advice, guidance and direction, and consultative services to the HRBP’s on people related matters and act as an escalation point.
  • In conjunction with the HRBP’s and Innovation Centres, lead and support people activities across the Employee Life Cycle e.g. the annual performance management cycle, salary review and bonus process, talent management, succession planning.
  • Manage significant HR projects aligned with the Global People Agenda.
  • Drive engagement, retention and a high-performance culture across the CCO Function.
  • Effectively lead and coach a team of HR Business Partners ensuring they are developed and stretched within their roles.


What you will need to succeed:

  • Substantial experience as a HR practitioner or Business Partner in an international HR environment, with a broad knowledge across a wide range of HR disciplines.
  • Experience within the Technology or a Service Industry preferred.
  • Fluent in English, second language desirable.
  • Proven record of strategic influencing and coaching business leaders.
  • Expereince of leading a team of HR Professionals.
  • Solid judgement and personal gravitas.
  • Robust, resilient, approachable and diplomatic with the confidence to deal with challenging senior leaders.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to deal efficiently with complexity and ambitugity.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively – strong project management skills.
  • Conflict management skills; 
  • Agile working style and ability to effectively manage change.
  • Analytical, numerical and commercial in approach.
