Digital Learning Manager

Are you passionate about learning, with the technical skill set to match? We are looking for a Digital Learning Manager to join us on an FTC basis until the end of the year.  Your job will be to manage the digital learning experience for our employees. This includes taking care of the social learning platform, the third party integrations that sit within it, and working with the business areas to align digital learning to meet business and employee needs.

 

Your tasks:

 

  • Manage and implement the digital learning strategy
  • Plan internal marketing campaigns to provide a regular pulse of relevant learning content
  • Utilise analytical data to evaluate end-to-end employee experience across the platform and use this to drive improvements and relevant content
  • Manage the overall architecture and design of Colt Excel to ensure the best user experience
  • Advise the business on structuring learning plans to best organise the digital learning content and learning paths and build / manage these in the platform
  • Become the knowledge guru of the learning platform, using expertise to direct the business and upskill others to maximise the potential of digital learning
  • Provide regular dashboard reporting and insights to the business showing usage and impact of digital learning
  • Work with stakeholder groups (e.g. learning champions, community owners) to drive engagement with the platform and encourage social learning, and gain insights to drive improvements
  • Manage relationships with 3rd parties providing service integrations to Colt Excel, developing the offering to meet business and employee needs

  • Manage the relationship with the social learning platform provider (FUSE) to maximise ongoing developments and enhancements to build the user experience and support business needs
  • Work with 3rd party content creators to ensure content is platform compatible and fits the learning culture

 

What you will need to succeed:

 

  • Strong digital learning knowledge and experience, and understanding of latest trends including micro-learning
  • Technical knowledge to support digital learning – e.g. video editing, photoshop / design skills, HTML
  • Collaborative and team oriented
  • Communications and marketing experience
  • Experience of managing a social learning platform (ideally FUSE)
