The Role and Accountabilities:

This role will involve creating projects for COO, catering to project modification requests, manage project templates and reporting activities for month end. Candidate will also be involved in interaction with Project Managers, finance business partners & cross functional teams in FSSC in order to complete the assigned tasks

  • Drive "Project creation" process for internal and external projects to ensure efficient processing of requests in a timely manner and with utmost satisfaction
  • Supporting business on all the Project modification requests and providing resolution on efficient manner to requestors.
  • Reviewing correct project set-up in line with CPA document and in adherence to CPA policy 
  • Monthly update of project creation templates (CPA template)
  • Catering to CPA template queries from requestors
  • Assisting PMs in day-to-day functioning of the project like PO raising, time-booking etc.
  • Handling queries raised by requestors / Project Managers on project spent, etc.
  • Follow-up with requestors on timely receipting of  PO’s & Closures
  • Assist in month end and other reporting
  • Ensuring TAT on project creation & project maintenance request in COO Projects mailbox.
  • Ensure adherence to Group policies while carrying out the tasks
  • Timely delivery and accuracy as per the agreed plan.

What you will need to succeed

  • Must be able to work with a high level of accuracy.
  • Good in communication & presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under extreme pressure situations to meet stringent timelines.
  • Always ready to take up new responsibilities.
  • A good team player always available for supporting other team members
  • Good hands on MS Excel
  • Post Graduate having an experience of 3-4 years
  • Experience in SAP is preferable
