Role:

  • This role will be heavily focused on hunting / developing new business opportunities / search for new logos
  • Creates and implements strategic plans to drive acquisition and growth among large enterprise accounts within COLT’s strategic sweet spot
  • Meet and exceed new sales targets

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Support the sales director by providing expertise in selling relatively complex or new products to new customers
  • Identifies and closes higher value new business customer opportunities
  • Leads the creation and execution of account development plans for key accounts
  • Assists in deal qualification, proposal, closure and resourcing
  • Develops a true understanding of the customer's business and builds approaches to ensure great customer service
  • Identifies and closes new and existing customer opportunities
  • Builds, develops and maintains relationships with existing or potential customers, typically focusing on complex sales of solutions or services over longer sales cycles in order to maximise revenue and profit

 

 What you will need to succeed:

  • Significant track record of success in growing business with new and existing accounts with the enterprise  market
  • Proven understanding of network solution portfolio (MPLS / IPVPN, Ethernet, dark fiber, IP access, security, SIP Trunking)
  • Previous direct experience of producing effective forecasts and pipelines
  • Previous experience of selling network services to enterprise customers.
  • Salesforce.com experience is desirable
